Overview

Coconino County, AZ adopts the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2018 edition, including Appendices C, H, J, and N.
• The International Residential Code, 2018 edition, including Appendices Q, R, S, and T.
• The International Existing Building Code, 2018 edition.

Coconino County, AZ Ord. 2019-10 (adopted with amendments).

The adopted codes do not apply to Indian Reservations.

Residential Building Code
